Classes, Series & Workshops
Discovering what feels easier, steadier and more alive in you.
Gentle Support In Motion
Gentle guided movement to support nervous system regulation, embodied awareness, mobility and vitality.
These mat-based Feldenkrais® and somatic movement classes invite you to move with attention rather than effort — sensing, listening and responding from within.
There’s no pushing or performing. Instead, movement becomes a way to soften tension, support the nervous system and reconnect with ease in your body.
Ways to practise
All offerings here are grounded in the same principles: attention, support, ease and nervous-system-informed learning.
What differs is how we work with them — the pace, the depth and the container.
You’re welcome in any of these spaces. You don’t need prior experience, flexibility or fitness — just a willingness to listen and explore.
General Weekly Classes — steady rhythm, progressive theme and ongoing support
Themed Class Series — staying with one inquiry over time
Workshops — spacious, standalone deep immersion

A slow, guided workshop for nervous system recovery and embodied rest.
Rest is often treated as something passive — something we “do” when we stop.
But true rest is an active regulating process that emerges when the body senses enough support and safety to let go of holding patterns.
Many people attempt to rest while their nervous system is still organised around urgency, vigilance or stress and fatigue-driven shutdown. In these states, rest may feel shallow, restless or unrefreshing.
This workshop explores a different pathway.Through gentle guided movement and breath, supported pauses and simple orienting practices, you’ll experience how rest begins to arise naturally when the body senses:
support through contact and weight
centring through attention returning inward
grounding through connection with the surface beneath you
Rather than trying to make rest happen, we’ll explore the conditions that allow it to emerge.
Movement is not approached as exercise, but as a way of listening — supporting the nervous system to shift out of effort and toward organisation, ease and recovery.
This workshop offers a practical, embodied experience of rest that you can begin to carry into daily life.
Ideal if you:
feel tired but struggle to truly rest
notice patterns of overdrive or shutdown
want practical, body-centred ways to support recovery
are curious about rest as a learnable skill
Key Inclusions:✔️ Guided sessions with nervous-system-friendly movement and rest practices
✔️ Practical skills for recognising when rest is genuinely restorative
✔️ Reflective prompts to support integration
✔️ Replay access
Price: $155 AUD
Booking: Via Studio or Zoom button. **Workshop is unable to be rescheduled or cancelled. No prior experience is needed. All movements are gentle, adaptable and guided with choice.
Workshops are ideal if you can’t attend weekly classes, wish to explore a theme more deeply, or would like an introduction to this work before committing to a series.

A 6-week embodied exploration
This series is an invitation to slow down — not as an idea, but as a lived, embodied experience.
Under prolonged stress, nervous systems tend to organise in one of two directions.
Some move into overdrive.
Life becomes structured around urgency, efficiency and subtle bracing — even when we long for ease.Others swing toward shutdown.
Energy drops. Pace feels heavy. Initiating can become harder. Both are survival patterns.
Neither are personal failings.Slowing down is not simply a decision to do less.
It requires the nervous system to feel safe enough to soften — without collapsing — and to activate — without bracing.Reclaiming Slow offers a steady, supported environment to explore this gradually and consistently.
Across six weeks, we work with gentle guided movement to settle and soften, alongside simple orienting practices that support:
nervous system regulation
sensing support and ground
reducing unnecessary muscular effort
rebuilding tolerance for both stillness and activation
increasing your capacity to remain present without defaulting into survival patterns
When I speak of capacity, I mean widening the range in which you can stay engaged without overwhelm.
This is a cumulative series. Each week builds on the previous one, allowing learning and sensing to deepen through repetition, continuity and integration. As such, the series is offered as a complete six-week commitment. This series may be especially supportive if you’re:
feeling rushed, overstimulated, or constantly “on”
recovering from stress, fatigue, or overload
curious about moving and living with more ease
wanting to reconnect with your own timing and rhythms
Price: $145 AUD series package **No casual attendance available.

Understanding the classes
-
Mat-based classes weave gentle verbally-guided movement, attention, breath and nervous system support. The focus is on comfort, ease and awareness rather than stretching, strength training or “working hard.”
Unlike yoga or Pilates, there is no demonstration. The emphasis is on sensing how you move your body rather than achieving shapes, poses or repetitions. You’re encouraged to:move within an easy, comfortable range
rest whenever you need
follow your own pacing rather than trying to keep up and do everything
ask questions (on Zoom, you’re welcome to unmute)
-
Classes are designed for anyone who wants to move with greater ease, calm the nervous system, restore vitality or feel more at home in their body. You don’t need to be flexible, fit or pain-free — just arrive as you are.
-
These classes are not fitness-based or performance-oriented.
There is no pushing, stretching through pain or striving to achieve a result. You’re always encouraged to listen to your body and work within what feels supportive for you.
-
Weekly classes offer verbal guidance within a group setting. Private sessions provide individualised, hands-on support and are tailored specifically to your needs.
Both support embodiment, awareness, nervous system support and movement ease — just in different ways.
Please choose Studio or Zoom carefully.

For regular weekly classes, you’re welcome to attend casually or via a class package. Many people begin with a single class to get a feel for the practice.
Specialised series, however, are offered as a series only and are not available for casual attendance. This allows the work to unfold gradually, with each session building on the last, and supports a more settled, consistent experience for participants.
Regular attendance — whether through weekly classes or a short series — supports deeper learning, easier movement, and nervous system regulation over time.
-
You can attend even if you’re not feeling great. Classes are designed to meet you where you are. You’re always invited to listen to your body and rest or do less. The classes are about noticing and responding to your body, not pushing, fixing or forcing. Most people find they feel better after attending.
