Classes, Series & Workshops

Discovering what feels easier, steadier and more alive in you.

Gentle Support In Motion

Gentle guided movement to support nervous system regulation, embodied awareness, mobility and vitality.

These mat-based Feldenkrais® and somatic movement classes invite you to move with attention rather than effort — sensing, listening and responding from within.

There’s no pushing or performing. Instead, movement and breath become ways to soften tension, support the nervous system and reconnect with ease in your body.

Ways to practise

All offerings here are grounded in the same principles: attention, support, ease and nervous-system-informed learning.

What differs is how we work with them — the pace, the depth and the container.
You’re welcome in any of these spaces. You don’t need prior experience, flexibility or fitness — just a willingness to learn to listen within and explore.

  • General Weekly Classes — steady rhythm and ongoing support

  • Themed Class Series — staying with one inquiry/theme over time

A place to pause and reconnect with your body.

These classes are gentle, guided and exploratory.
Movement is approached as a way of listening.

It's not about getting it right — but about noticing, sensing and allowing support to be felt.

As life gets busier, it’s easy for the body to move into holding, pushing or keeping up. Often without realising it.

These classes offer a regular rhythm of support to come out of that pattern — to reduce effort and help the nervous system settle.

    No experience is needed.

A gentle entry point into this work — or a place to return and reconnect with support in your body and nervous system.

    Price: $30 AUD
Booking: Via Studio or Zoom button.

All movements are gentle, adaptable and guided with choice.

  • This workshop offers a dedicated space to step out of momentum and explore how your body returns to support.

As life becomes busy or demanding, the body often moves into effort — holding, pushing or trying to keep up. This can happen quickly, and often without conscious awareness.

In this session, we slow things down.

Through guided awareness, gentle movement and rest, you’ll begin to notice what’s happening in your body, come into contact with support, and allow the system to settle in its own way.

From here, a different kind of organisation can begin to emerge — one that doesn’t rely on effort or control.

With more time and continuity than a regular class, this workshop allows for a deeper experience — where this process can be felt more clearly, and begin to carry into everyday life.

    Key Inclusions:

✔️ Guided sessions with nervous-system-friendly movement and rest practices
✔️ Practical skills for recognising when rest is genuinely restorative
✔️ Reflective prompts to support integration
    ✔️ Replay access

    Price: $165 AUD
Booking: Via Studio or Zoom button. **Workshop is unable to be rescheduled or cancelled.

No prior experience is needed. All movements are gentle, adaptable and guided with choice.

Workshops are ideal if you can’t attend weekly classes, wish to explore a theme more deeply, or would like an introduction to this work before committing to a series.

  • A 6-week embodied exploration

This series offers a progressive way to build a felt sense of support within your body and nervous system over time.

Across the weeks, we explore how support begins in the body — through contact, centre and awareness — and how this influences movement, breath and nervous system regulation.

With regular practice, this work becomes more familiar and easier to access. Support is no longer something you have to find — it becomes something you can return to.

This series is suited to those who would like to develop this as an ongoing skill, supporting greater resilience, flexibility and steadiness in everyday life.

This is a cumulative series. Each week builds on the previous one, allowing learning and sensing to deepen through repetition, continuity and integration. As such, the series is offered as a complete six-week commitment.

This might be particularly supportive if you:

    • would like to build a more consistent sense of support in your body

    • notice patterns of holding, effort, or pushing through

    • want to feel less reactive, and have more space in how you respond

    • would like to develop this as an ongoing, embodied practice‍ ‍

Understanding the classes

  • Mat-based classes weave gentle verbally-guided movement, attention, breath and nervous system support. The focus is on comfort, ease and awareness rather than stretching, strength training or “working hard.”

Unlike yoga or Pilates, there is no demonstration. The emphasis is on sensing how you move your body rather than achieving shapes, poses or repetitions. You’re encouraged to:

    • move within an easy, comfortable range

    • rest whenever you need

    • follow your own pacing rather than trying to keep up and do everything

    • ask questions (on Zoom, you’re welcome to unmute)

  • Classes are designed for anyone who wants to move with greater ease, calm the nervous system, restore vitality or feel more at home in their body. You don’t need to be flexible, fit or pain-free — just arrive as you are.

  • These classes are not fitness-based or performance-oriented.
There is no pushing, stretching through pain or striving to achieve a result.

You’re always encouraged to listen to your body and work within what feels supportive for you.

  • Weekly classes offer verbal guidance within a group setting. Private sessions provide individualised, hands-on support and are tailored specifically to your needs.

Both support embodiment, awareness, nervous system support and movement ease — just in different ways.

    Please choose carefully:
Select either In-Studio OR Zoom before purchasing.
The booking system does not allow you to switch between these after purchase.

Step 2: Book your class sessions

After purchasing, you’ll receive an Order Receipt email.

You must use this link to book your class sessions.

    If you’ve purchased a package:
You can book all included classes at once using the same scheduling link.

If you’ve booked the specialised class series: All dates are automatically booked in the calendar and zoom links sent (if purchased Zoom option).

If you’re unsure at any point, please reach out — I’m very happy to help.

  • For regular weekly classes, you’re welcome to attend casually or via a class package. Many people begin with a single class to get a feel for the practice.

Specialised series, however, are offered as a series only and are not available for casual attendance. This allows the work to unfold gradually, with each session building on the last, and supports a more settled, consistent experience for participants.

Regular attendance — whether through weekly classes or a short series — supports deeper learning, easier movement, and nervous system regulation over time.

  • You can attend even if you’re not feeling great. Classes are designed to meet you where you are. You’re always invited to listen to your body and rest or do less. The classes are about noticing and responding to your body, not pushing, fixing or forcing. Most people find they feel better after attending.

**You’ll need to be able to get on and off the floor independently. Chairs or a stool are available in the studio if helpful.

If you’re unsure, check in before class so we can find what best supports you.

  • In-Studio classes

Arrive a few minutes early so you can settle in and transition from your day.
You’re welcome to sit or lie down quietly before we begin.

Mats are provided, though you’re welcome to bring your own.
Wear comfortable clothing that allows easy movement, and bring a couple of towels for extra support.

**You’ll need to be able to get on and off the floor independently. Chairs or a stool are available in the studio if helpful.

    Online (Zoom) classes

You’ll need the Zoom app on your device and a quiet space where you can lie down comfortably on the floor. A mat and a couple of towels are useful for support.

Please join the Zoom room a few minutes early to check sound and lighting.
It’s helpful for the teacher to see you lying down, though it’s less important that you see the teacher, as classes are verbally guided.

You’ll be muted when class begins, and you’re welcome to unmute at any time if you have questions.

  • Wear loose, comfortable clothing that allows easy movement.
Mats and head-pads are provided in-studio. Bring a couple of towels for extra support.

For online classes, set up a space for a mat and have a couple of towels nearby for extra support.

  • Use the buttons at the top of this page to choose In-Studio or Zoom classes.

You’ll be taken to the Class Booking page.

At the top left of that page, click “View products / packages.”
This will take you to the packages available for purchase.

Specialised series is available for purchase on Classes booking page (not packages booking page). Scroll down to find the Series start date to book.

If you’re unsure, start with the buttons on this page — that’s always the correct entry point.

  • All packages activate from the date of purchase, not from your first booking.

    • Term class packages are valid for 43 days (6 weeks) from the purchase date.
Your exact expiry date is listed in your Order Receipt email.

    • Specialised series access expires at the end of the series. Series purchases cannot be extended, transferred to general classes, or used beyond the series dates.

  • Any last minute reschedules need to be made 2 hours prior to class start times.

The scheduling system does not allow switching between Studio and Zoom classes. Contact Georgi directly (phone or email) if you wish to switch between the two.
