Whether you’re seeking relief from tension, more steadiness in daily life, or space to explore your voice, these sessions meet you where you are and guide you back to a more grounded, centred and vital sense of self.

How we work together.

Every body carries its own patterns of holding, tension and expression.
In private appointments we create space to listen more deeply — to how your body can move more easily, how your breath can support you and how your voice can resonate from within.

  • When you arrive for a session, we begin with what’s present for you — physically, emotionally and/or energetically.
    Together we explore small, gentle movements, guided attention and touch that support your system to feel more comfortable.

    This isn’t about pushing, fixing or performing.
    It’s about creating space to listen — to how your body can move more easily, how your breath can support you, and how your voice can find resonance and freedom from within.

    Sessions feel quietly restorative, with time to sense, rest and integrate. Each one unfolds differently, responding to what’s most needed that day.

    Through this somatic and embodied approach, you’ll begin to move with more clarity, breathe with more space, and feel supported from the inside out.

  • Each session combines guided attention, personalised touch, and mindful movement in lying, sitting, or standing.
    You’re invited to notice subtle shifts — how your breath, balance and sense of ease evolve as your body finds new options for support and coordination.

    Sessions build on each other gently, supporting long-term changes in how you move and feel.
    For some, a few sessions bring noticeable change. Others find ongoing work offers deeper integration and resilience.

  • Appointments are available both in-person and live online.
    Each format offers a personalised, embodied experience — whether you prefer hands-on guidance or a guided movement focus from your own space.

  • Initial appointments are 75 minutes. Standard appointments are 60 minutes, allowing space for guided practice and integration.

  • Comfortable clothing that allows easy movement. you’ll be asked to remove shoes and possibly your glasses.

  • Yes. Appointments are adapted to your comfort and capacity on the day. Many clients find them deeply calming, supportive and restorative.

  • This depends on your goals and what’s happening for you. Some people come weekly for a while; others book as needed.
    One-off appointments are not recommended as healing and growth are a process that takes time.

  • Come with a curious mind and an open heart, ready to explore, experimenting discover more about yourself. :)

    In-studio: Wear comfortable clothing that allows easy movement. You’ll spend time lying, sitting, or standing — no special equipment or preparation needed.

    Online: Choose a quiet, comfortable space with a mat or firm surface, a couple of towels or blanket (for support) and space to move your arms and legs freely. Please set up your camera so that I can see you easily. It’s less important that I see you, as I don’t demonstrate.
    You’ll receive a reminder email with your Zoom link before each session.

  • All appointments can be booked directly online through the Booking Page. Choose your preferred appointment type, time and location (in-studio or online). Once booked, you’ll receive a confirmation email (Order Receipt) with all the details you need.

    The system does not allow for booking changes between in-person and online options. Should you wish to change how you attend your appointment, please contact us directly via phone/text, on +61 402 835 289.

    Refer to your Order Receipt (in your email inbox) for the scheduling link to book your appointment. Without booking you will not receive reminder emails nor zoom link (if you booked on Zoom).

    For Package bookings, you will need to schedule each class/appointment separately: ie: repeat the same booking process 5 times. If any issues, please contact us directly, as above.

  • All packages are available for 43 days from date of purchase. Please refer to your Order Receipt (emailed) for expiry date and scheduling link.

  • Choose either Zoom or studio classes and click on the relevant button on this page.

    This will take you to a Class Booking page. Immediately above “Choose appointment” click on the link “View Products/packages”. This will take you to the packages page where you can purchase.

  • The system does not allow for booking changes between in-person and online classes. Should you wish to change how you attend class, please contact us directly via phone/text, on +61 402 835 289.

  • Any last minute reschedules need to be made 2 hours prior to class start times.

  • Classes are mat-based, primarily in lying. As such you will need to be able to get on and off the floor independently. You’re welcome to use a chair to assist you, which are available in studio.

  • Missed appointments and cancellations with less than 24 hours notice will be charged for that appointment. Please note that a one-time waiver is granted for a late cancellation. Thank you for your understanding and consideration.

Note for Speech Pathology Clients:
Speech Pathology appointments (including sessions for voice or communication, and those claiming through health funds, NDIS, or CDM plans) are available on request.
