✔️ Exclusive booking of the whole guesthouse for this weekend retreat.
✔️ Luxury Single or Twin-share suites (only 8 available), each with ensuite bathroom - 2 nights

✔️ Nurturing daytime program of nervous system, breath, Feldenkrais® somatic movement practices together with dialogue about practical everyday applications. (mats and blankets provided)

Hi I’m Georgi Laney.
I’m passionate about guiding women in personal growth and empowerment through their body and voice, helping them to live a more conscious, self-expressed life.
I’m thrilled to host this Retreat: The Pause That Restores. I weave my magic using Feldenkrais® Awareness Through Movement®, breath and nervous system practices in this immersive group experience.
I’m deeply committed to supporting women who seek a better relationship with their body and voice: to step into their personal power, feel safe and comfortable to be in their body and open their voice, and finally feel supported, seen, heard and valued for their contribution.

** All fees include non-refundable/non-exchangeable booking fee of $350, which is a portion of the total Retreat fee. This fee is required to secure your place on Retreat.
Retreat attendance includes use of the facilities and NOT any personalised relaxation or beauty treatments. These are an additional cost.
** Given that the Feldenkrais® Awareness Through Movement® sessions are floor-based, you must be able to get on/off floor independently- with or without the assistance of a chair.
COVID/ Influenza Related:
✦Although there are no mandatory requirements of isolation with COVID, we ask that if you knowingly have COVID or other respiratory viruses (Influenza) you respectfully NOT ATTEND and put all other attendees and venue staff at risk of illness.
✦ If you have COVID-like or similar respiratory symptoms, please do a Combination RAT on the day before arrival to confirm you are not positive, and bring evidence of same with you to show on check-in.✦If you are symptomatic of respiratory virus, but COVID/ Influenza A or B-free (as per Combination RAT), we ask that you wear a mask during indoor sessions in the Studio and other social gatherings that don’t involve eating/drinking.

**Booking fee ($350) is non-refundable/ non-exchangeable.
Any participant cancellation is required in writing (and we’d appreciate a phone call- 0402 835 289). Please email us at hello@georgilaney.com✦ Cancellation 75- 31 days prior to retreat start date will receive a 50% refund on all monies paid, minus non-refundable/non-exchangeable booking fee.
✦ Cancellation between 30-8 days prior to retreat start date will receive a 25% refund on all monies paid, minus non-refundable/non-exchangeable booking fee.
✦ Cancellation within 7 days of retreat start date and time will receive no refund.
** Exception: In the event that you test positive to COVID/ Influenza A or B within 3 days of event start date and time and show evidence of same to event organiser, 50% of your fee minus the booking fee will be refunded via bank transfer. -
If the event is cancelled by the organiser, participants will have one of 2 options: either full refund of all fees paid (via bank transfer), or transfer of fees to a future retreat in the next 12 months. Participants will be notified of cancellation both in writing and via phone.

Twin share suite - a shared suite with 1 friend.
Both parties must submit a registration form to book, and nominate each other.
The organiser will not be responsible for sourcing someone to share the room.

If you choose this payment option you will be spent specific information about equal monthly instalments and a personalised payment schedule.
✤ Retreat fee must be PAID IN FULL by 3rd October, if paying via a payment plan.
✤If paying balance owning in a single payment, payment is required by 12th September.

Registration is a 2-part process.
We ask that you complete both parts as quickly as possible, in order to secure your place, given that places are limited.Complete and submit your Application Form- includes accommodation and payment choices. You’ll receive an email confirming whether a place is available, and payment details (via bank transfer)
Pay non-refundable booking fee $350AUD- is a portion of the full fee. Payment is required within 2 days to secure your place. Once fee received, your place will be confirmed via email.
You will then be sent an email confirming your place and details of the balance payment process. All payments are via bank transfer.

This luxurious boutique resort is located in the heart of the Hunter Valley, surrounded by vineyards, restaurants and cellar doors.
It’s an easy 60 minute drive from Newcastle, and approximately 2.5 hours drive from Sydney.
NuLeaf is approximately 60 minutes from Newcastle airport.

Please notify us of special dietary requirements at the time of registration. Last minute changes can not be accommodated. Any changes need to be provided 1 week prior to retreat start.
***Preparation to attend includes being able to get on/off floor independently, with the aid of a chair if necessary.

We highly recommend you include the following items:
Several towels- to cover provided exercise mat and should you need it for body support
You’re welcome to bring your own mat, however this is not necessary, as mats will be provided
Casual easy to move in clothing- you’re welcome to stay in your comfy gear the whole time or change for dinner. Do bring an extra layer, including socks. Everyone is surprised when they get cool lying on the floor.

Any alcohol or treats you wish to share with others over/after dinner. Alcohol will be provided ONLY pre-dinner both evenings.

Saturday:
Enjoy a leisurely breakfast before Retreat program commences 9.15am in the studio.
We’ll break for lunch then return to the program until mid afternoon, at which time you can then enjoy personal down time-rest, float/swim, steam, beauty/massage appointment (this last is an optional extra with additional fee)….you get to choose what your body needs to rest, refresh and restore.
We'll come together for an onsite private wine tasting at 6pm before a sumptuous dinner, then socialising in the comfy lounge area or outdoor deck, weather-permitting.
