Appointment types: available in person or on zoom

• Initial appointment- 75 minutes- a comprehensive first session to explore your needs, assess and tailor a personalised plan. Fee $245.50.

• Standard appointment- 60 minutes- ongoing regular sessions to deepen awareness, refine techniques, and integrate practices into daily life. Fee $194.00/session.

• Review appointment- 45 minutes- a check-in session to track progress, fine-tune your practice, and realign with your evolving needs. Fee $145.50/session.
